Peter Consitt

Peter runs Operational Innovations, Inc., a results-oriented technical consulting firm that specializes in engineering, project management, operational analysis and technical service for the packaging industries.

He received his Engineering Degree with honors from Durham University in the United Kingdom, where he began his career with Cadbury Schweppes, PLC. His nearly 20 years with Cadbury included multiple business functions, such as project engineering, production, maintenance, processing & packaging development, operational analysis and sales. He has worked at food and beverage plants throughout Europe and North America. He was responsible for the design and operation of many multi-million dollar processing and packaging projects for Cadbury, including a $28 million blowmolding and aseptic PET filling plant for a Motts facility in New York.

Mr. Consitt formed Operational Innovations Inc. in 1999. His first hand experience with production, maintenance and engineering in the packaging industry has proved invaluable in developing successful solutions for Operational Innovations customers. The firm has experienced significant growth and performs work both on national and local New York levels for large multi-national manufacturers and medium size regional producers.

William Johnson

Willie is the Vice President of Operational Innovations, Inc.  He received his Mechanical Engineering Degree from Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY, where he began his full-time career with Operational Innovations Inc. In his 10+ years with Op-In he has worked in multiple business functions, such as project engineering, production, quality, packaging development and operational analysis. He has worked at beverage plants throughout North America. He has developed multiple production line designs and managed equipment procurement, coordinate installation, and validate the lines.

Rushabh Talati

Rushabh Talati is a Project Engineer at Operational Innovations, Inc., and excels in process and packaging engineering. He graduated with a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Arizona State University. He started his career at Suntree Snackfoods LLC where he demonstrated his capability in project execution and equipment installation. Since joining Operational Innovations in 2021, Rushabh has successfully managed significant projects, including the installation of batching and pasteurization systems and liquid sucrose silos. His technical acumen and effective project management skills make him a key player in driving the company’s success in diverse manufacturing projects.

Fred Caissie

Fred Caissie has over 50 years of manufacturing expertise, commencing his journey in 1970. Having worked with seven diverse companies, including New England Apple Products, Veryfine Products, Kraft Foods, Sunny Delight Co., New Mill Capital, Patriot Beverages, and currently at Operational Innovations, Inc. Fred’s career reflects a dynamic and adaptive professional.
